Athletic Performance
We all have goals, some of which are athletic. We enjoy the physical and mental challenges sport brings, whether we compete with others or just ourselves. I became a triathlete in my late 40’s and I love it! I have had the privilege of training professional and non-professional athletes from hockey players to first-time runners and triathletes, skiers, bikers, swimmers and ultra-distance (multi-day) athletes.
