Athletic Performance

We all have goals, some of which are athletic.  We enjoy the physical and mental challenges sport brings, whether we compete with others or just ourselves.  I became a triathlete in my late 40’s and I love it!  I have had the privilege of training professional and non-professional athletes from hockey players to first-time runners and triathletes, skiers, bikers, swimmers and  ultra-distance (multi-day) athletes.   I have developed:
 

  • Training plans, including cross-training and speed-training
     

  • Sport-specific exercise routines
     

  • Sport-specific stretching routines
     

  • Nutrition plans – race & pre-race or no race!
     

  • Coaching & strategy – race & pre-race
