No matter how much time we spend in the gym or how many miles we run, it all comes down to what we put in our bodies. Even if you’re not much for working out, a good nutrition plan will help you feel better and give you the energy and stamina you need to enjoy your life. I am not into fad diets or massive amounts of supplements, just a straightforward approach to nutrition that fits your lifestyle. I, for one, do NOT want to live on chicken and rice the rest of my life! I have found that the best approach is one that you can maintain over a long period of time that provides the nutrients your body needs……with flexibility enough to enjoy a little ice cream or an occasional piece of pie……..
